Yes, Hasbro has the North American intellectual property rights and I'd wager they were obligated to legally challenge Scrabulous.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;For my money's worth, the Hasbro version will likely adopt some of the favorite Scrabulous features and call it a day.  Sadly, my experience with big corps is they'll put just enough effort in and then let it die a slow death. Why is everyone giving Hasbro grief about this? Scrabulous is ripping off their work. Bloggers always complain about their intellectual property being used without permission or compensation. Scrabble IS Hasbro's intellectual property.
